Be Fit in 2014

It is 2014.I will keep saying it over and over, only because I can’t believe it.  When they say time flies, they aren’t kidding.  This my friend is your year to finally get healthy.  And I am so excited for you!  You have been putting it off for long enough.  You have given it a ‘try’ too many times, it is now time to really put all your faith in someone who has been there and done that and can truly guide you down the right path.  I have been on a health roller coaster since I got out of high school 14 years ago…and I have slowly hit a point in my life where I get ‘it’…I understand ‘it’.  I know how to get the results I want without abusing the diet system, or my body, and I want to share everything I know with you, so you don’t have to have any hiccups of your own.  I love my body, I love how I feel, I love the energy and positivity that naturally flows from my being.  I not only want to share everything I know with you, but I insist that everything I teach you, you must teach someone else.  My goal is to revolutionize the world and in order to do that, I need your help.  I can’t do it on my own.  I promise to share everything little thing I know, as long as your promise to share it with someone else.  *pinkie promiseStep one is…and always will be, to get more ‘greens’ into your body.  Now I don’t know about you, but I gringe when I think of salad after salad after salad.  But I say NO MORE!  By now we have all ‘heard’ of the Green Smoothie Revolution, whether or not you have actually tried one of these concoctions shows just how experimintal and open minded you actually are… I have been drinking my greens for almost 7 years now.  Let me show you an AMAZING, DELICIOUS way to get more greens into your diet without the boring green leaves staring up at you.  I have a video, well a couple of videos.  Showing you exactly how a green smoothie is put together and made.  These recipes are amazing.  I suggest you pull out a pen and paper in order to write down the ingredients before you press play.  Don’t forget to subscribe to my blog and channel for constant updates on health and fitness.  I am here for you!  Watch the super short videos below!  Feel free to Comment and Like  (it’s good for my confidence).
