All ingredients are from Trader Joe’s. Get as much or as little as you need:
Bell Peppers
Chicken Strips
Flour Tortillas
Three Cheese Blend
Hummus
Cilantro (Not Pictured)
Step One: Heat oven to 350 degrees and slice up those bell peppers into strips.
Step Two: On a baking sheet, lightly coat aluminum foil with coconut oil spray or other cooking spray. After laying the bell peppers skin side down, lightly spray each one with your cooking spray. Bake for about 15 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
Step Three: In a pan, heat your tortilla. Add cheese and cook until melted. Set aside.
Step Four: Heat up your chicken. I don’t have a microwave so I use the same pan.
